Message	out while workin' on a car. If his friend had backed into his car and taken out a fender, well yeah said friend should pay for repair. In this case friend was trying to help, and shouldn't be punnished. But maybe said friend should man up, and offer to at least help pay for repair. But age and place in life has a lot of bearing on this situation.
